Very good hotel with lots of comfort, clean and elegant. I can only recommend.
It is easy to get to the city by train in twenty minutes. Very large rooms.
The chip cards for the door locks had to be constantly updated because otherwise the room doors could not be opened.
Breakfast was good, people at the hotel were very friendly, the hotel has an underground car park with plenty of space.
The location of the hotel should be better thought out in advance, because I do not like highway traffic noise and lack of fresh air. This is my mistake and has nothing to do with hotel services.
The triple room consisted of a 2-bed room with adjoining room with a 3rd bed and sofa& armchair. The bathroom was comfortable and spacious. Parking was available free of charge in the underground car park.
Sometimes the noises penetrate from the hallway into the rooms, especially when many guests arrive late in the evening. But altogether ok.
Clean, comfortable and very well run hotel. The secure parking is a bonus if you do not want to unload all of your luggage. We always use this hotel for overnight stays when travelling each year to Cosat Del Sol.
Jesus, the guy at the reception was outstanding. Made me feel really welcome and did everything to make my stay comfortable. Have stayed in a lot of hotels and he is the best receptionist i ever had!
The balcony's are full of sigarets and trash of former guests. They put me in a 'family' room first. the rooms with the wooden door that connect to another room. Could hear everything my neighbour said. But got a change of rooms right away.
Easy to find if northbound on M50/A6 therefore good for overnight stop. Although my stay was on a fiesta day and the resturnt was closed the bar food and service was good. A comfortable stay and I would use this hotel again.
Exit from the hotel during AM peak hour can be a problem.
Ease of access to the motorway and the room was a reasonable size
It was not good value for money, I had a ground floor room and was woken early in the morning by staff who were preparing the dining room and insisted on dragging the furniture acros the floor. It is a long way from central Madrid but there is a very good train service if you don't mind a 45 minute ride.
Big living room with a cozy room.
Excellent location for traveling through,Friendly and very attentive staff, English spoken,Very comfortable room and secure parking. All in all ticked all the boxes for my stay. Will use again.
We were upgraded to a reather splendid room by a very kind repectionist. My birthday was coming up!!
Food rather pricey.
The rooms were new and comfty.
during the night I was cold and there was only a blanket in the room not even a quilt or duvet, and we are in December!
The hotel was very convenient to the motorway and the room was superb. If fact we had a suite. Entrance hall leading into a large living room with tv. A very large bedroom with tv. And a beautiful bathroom. Quite luxurious.
Unfortunately when we stayed there in August the dining room was closed for dinner and there were very few restaurants nearby. We did have a very good breakfast in the hotel.
A little difficult to find but once found, access the car park first through the security gate and then book in. The hotel was first class with superb rooms.
The hotel restaurant was a great let down as against the high standard of the rest of the hotel. Not much choice on the menu, no wine list, no white wine and only able to offer one type of red wine. Suggest one eats else where.
